The views from the balcony offered a great perspective of the surroundings. The modern decor in the room provided a comfortable ambiance for relaxation.
The noise from the busy road disrupted the peace, especially early in the morning despite closed windows. Breakfast could be improved. The dining area felt more like a canteen with limited charm and a lack of outdoor options. Paying for bottled water in the room felt stingy considering the nightly rate.

central location, clean, pool, friendly staff, extensive breakfast buffet, great terrace for dinner
Too few sunbeds and parasols at the outdoor pool.

Splendid views of Ostuni and to the sea from top quality rooms, very amiable employees. Massive and fresh breakfast available. Location not far from old city center, the town centre and Pugliia and Ostuni.

Recommend it for families seeking quality
The suite was spacious, let me tell you, perfect for a family with children. Especially when they helped my son with his Italian, they were patient and friendly.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, not bad for what you got.

I appreciated the place, its massive and fresh made breakfast.
Stayed in standard double room with view of ostuni which was perfect for me. An electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a writing desk were all available.

overall pleasant stay with minor concerns
The friendly staff created a cute atmosphere that enhanced our experience. The rooftop terrace bar offered fine city views along with delicious cocktails. Our villa provided excellent comfort with mosquito nets in the windows.
Though the villas were great, I found the pricing slightly on the higher side for the overall experience.

The hotel was very clean and modern. It is situated in a good position to explore the lovely hill top town of Oatuni and gives essy access to visit other areas of Puglia. The staff were excellent with those on reception particularly helpful in planning visits, booking restaurants etc.
The hotel has only been open for a year and is still developing its leisure facilities. A very attractive roof top terrace was opened during our stay and the potential for placing a greater emphasis on leisure rather than business is there and should - and I think will - be further developed.

Decent hotel, although a little bit pricey. Breakfast is not more than just ok.

Very comfortable and well located hotel. It is very easy to walk into the lovely town. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a little difficult to find although it is situated exactly where the address indicates because the name is not prominent. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel was very clean, modern and new. Not too far from the town centre either.
The staff were not terribly helpful or friendly. The air conditioning didn't work properly - the room was either too cold or too warm. Our kids room had a strange smell. The hotel had overall, a cold feel to it. It would be fine for business but not much else. The breakfast was mediocre.

The room was simple but clean, and the shower was excellent. I especially enjoyed the hearty breakfast buffet and the friendly staff, who were attentive and helpful . Noise from the busy road outside affected my sleep, and the pool area required navigating steep steps, which could be challenging.

Monte Sarago is a relatively new hotel that is quiet, clean, within easy walking distance to the historic area and the staff is very attentive,
The door to the garage was close to the street requiring you to block traffic while you got out of the car to use your room key to open the gate.
